A.  Almost anywhere, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO - FPO Boxes or foreign addresses.  We can ship to our friends in Hawaii and Alaska.

Q.  Can I send a personalized message with my gift baskets?

A.  Yes, you can! Remember to include your message in the space provided on our order form.  Your baskets will arrive with your personalized gift card.

Q.  Why do you need my recipient's phone number?

A.  In the event that there is a problem with the delivery it is often easier to contact the recipient to make address corrections to avoid a package being returned as undeliverable.

Q.  What are your hours of operation?

A.  We are available Monday - Friday 10:00am to 7:00pm to take your call.  You can place orders on line or by Fax 24hours 7days a week.

Q.  What forms of payment do you accept?

A.  We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard ,American Express and Discover. We do offer invoicing for Commercial Accounts. Terms are net 30 days from date of shipment.

Q.  Do you collect sales tax?

A.  State law requires us to collect sales tax on all purchases from the State of New York.

Q.  Do the gift baskets stay together during shipping?

A.  Yes, products are placed in the gift baskets specifically with shipping in mind. Every item is packed tightly together and attached to each other.

Q.  Can I order a gift basket today to ship on a future shipping date?

A.  Yes! Simply indicate in the comment box your desired shipping date. Remember to allow enough time for shipping.

CANCELING/CHANGING YOUR ORDER:

If you wish to cancel or change your order for any reason before it ships, please notify us immediately by calling us toll free at 1-800-585-8553. Once an order ships we can not be responsable for incomplete or incorrect address's.

REFUNDS:

We offer refunds for any damaged or defective gifts as long as the claims are placed within 5 days of the gift being received.

SUBSTITUTIONS:

At times, we may need to substitute items within one of our gift baskets to ensure freshness and timely delivery.

We will always substitute of equal or greater value when we do find it necessary to make a substitution.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
